Founders Capital Network Continues Growth, Welcoming Karen Robinson

Founders Capital Network Welcomes Karen Robinson

Founders Capital Network (FCN) is pleased to announce that Karen Robinson has joined the firm as an M&A Advisor, adding operating-side depth to a deal team built to help owners see their business the way a buyer will.

"I help founders see their business the way a buyer will because I've spent my career on the operating side, as well as on the advisory side," said Karen Robinson.

"Karen has spent her career on the operating side, running the things that actually make a business valuable or vulnerable," said Tony Parisi, Co-Founder of Founders Capital Network. "That's exactly the perspective owners need in their corner when they're preparing to sell."

Karen brings nearly two decades of experience across product, client services, operations and M&A advisory. She spent over a decade at 3BL Media, rising from account management into client services, product leadership, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product, an experience that gave her a ground-level view of what actually drives (and threatens) business value, from technical platform decisions to compliance to team operations. Since 2023, she has worked across M&A due diligence, venture advisory and go-to-market consulting for founders and investors, giving her a wide-angle view of how businesses get built, financed and sold.

At FCN, Karen partners with business owners to position their companies for successful transactions, working at the intersection of operations, financial analysis and go-to-market storytelling to build the clear, credible narrative that buyers, investors and stakeholders respond to. Her addition reflects FCN's continued investment in building a deeper bench of advisors: professionals who bring real operating scars, not just deal experience, to the table on behalf of the owners FCN serves.

"Founders spend years building something real," Karen said. "My job is making sure the story we tell and the operations behind it hold up under a buyer's scrutiny."
