Founders Capital Network Welcomes Colin DeCurtis

West Chester, PA  – Founders Capital Network (FCN) is pleased to announce that Colin DeCurtis has joined the firm as a Summer Analyst, bringing hands-on finance and business-development experience to the deal team.

In his role at FCN, Colin will support the deal team across research, financial analysis, and deal-process tasks as the firm helps lower middle market business owners navigate the sale of their companies.

Colin brings transaction experience that maps closely to FCN's work. Most recently, he completed a Finance Co-op with Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Business Development group, supporting External Innovation and the Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC), J&J's venture arm. There he owned the monthly process for priority deals — coordinating with partners across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA to compile potential acquisition, partnership, and licensing opportunities, and presenting his analysis to senior finance leadership to guide deal prioritization. He is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration at Saint Joseph's University, with majors in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, has earned Dean's List recognition, and is a member of the Dean's Leadership Program. He previously interned for the Pennsylvania State Senate.

"Colin brings real curiosity about how deals come together and the discipline to back it up," said Tony Parisi, Senior Advisor of Founders Capital Network. "As we help owners through the most important transaction of their lives, having sharp, motivated people on the deal team makes all the difference — and Colin is already contributing."

Outside of work, Colin is active in Delta Sigma Pi and Gamma Iota Sigma and volunteers with the Special Olympics and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness Walk.

Please join us in welcoming Colin to Founders Capital Network. Follow FCN on LinkedIn for more updates from the deal team.
